Waiting Without Wasting!

THe book Learning to Be a Woman is a key
quote about fulfillment as a woman: “A woman is not born a woman, Nor does she become one when she marries a man, bears a child and does their dirty linen, not even when she joins a women’s liberation movement. A woman becomes a woman when she becomes what God wants her to be.”

Permit me to ask you this question: are you really living the life that God wants you to live or are you just living a life you feel is the best for you? Are you really pressing towards God so as to know where and what He wants you to be or are you just wasting your time regretting about your past heart breaks or your past failures? Are you working daily working out your salvation with fear and trembling or are you just living to imitate others?

Answering the above questions is of paramount importance. See, as a young lady who hope to have a fulfilled life after marriage, you need to cultivate an intimate relationship with God so that this desire of having a blissful marriage is not jeopardized. You need to have an intimate relationship with your creator so that He can guide you through every step you want to take in life.

Dear single sister, are you waiting to be married before you start finding your purpose or before you start fulfilling your purpose? If that is your case, then you are very wrong. Please dearly beloved single sister start living now, don’t wait until you are married. Don’t pressure yourself. You need to prepare yourself for that godly future that you desire.
